We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $45 or more (before taxes and after discounts).
Order Processing — Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (United States) — Standard shipping typically takes 5–8 business days after processing. Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location.
Shipping Costs — Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Lost or Stolen Packages — If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors and your local post office
- Wait 2 business days — delays do occur
- Contact us at hello@bluehavenlake.shop if the issue persists
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. For stolen packages, we recommend filing a claim with your local carrier.
